You will always receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Here you will find an overview of your order, the price and the date of purchase. If you have any questions about your order, you can always contact us via email@example.com.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel or change an order once it has been approved and implemented. After your order we will immediately start the production process. If it concerns a custom made product, you cannot exchange the item.
The expected delivery time for our custom made products from the time of ordering is 5-10 working days. After 2-5 working days you will receive a digital preview from us for approval. If this is approved, your HUYSZ portrait will be printed and sent within 2 working days
For our standard products, the expected delivery time from the time of order is 1-2 working days.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Custom made items cannot be returned. You can return the other products if they are in their original condition. When returning the products, they must be in good and undamaged condition. The frames must be in the original packaging and the protective plastic must not be removed. Send an e-mail to email@example.com and state which items you would like to return and for what reason. We are happy to help you.
The customer pays the return costs him/herself.
The return process can take up to 14 days from the moment you hand in your returns. When your return has been processed in our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation via email and process your refund.
If you want to submit a complaint about your purchase at HUYSZ, you can contact our customer service via email firstname.lastname@example.org. We ask for your order number and a photo or description of what is wrong with the product.
You have a 30 day right to make a complaint for all orders as long as you have a valid confirmation of purchase.
