SHOPPING BASICS

On HUYSZ.com you can pay with PayPal, iDEAL, Credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), SOFORT Banking, Bancontact. HUYSZ.com does not charge extra costs for payment methods.

How annoying! Try another payment method or contact us via +31 (0)20 2134 386 or support@huysz.com and we will contact you as soon as possible.

You will always receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Here you will find an overview of your order, the price and the date of purchase. If you have any questions about your order, you can always contact us via shop@huysz.com.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel or change an order once it has been approved and implemented. After your order we will immediately start the production process. If it concerns a custom made product, you cannot exchange the item.

DELIVERY

The expected delivery time for our custom made products from the time of ordering is 5-10 working days. After 2-5 working days you will receive a digital preview from us for approval. If this is approved, your HUYSZ portrait will be printed and sent within 2 working days

For our standard products, the expected delivery time from the time of order is 1-2 working days.

Orders on HUYSZ.com can be delivered to any address in the Netherlands, the other EU countries and the United Kingdom. Do you want to deliver abroad? Nice! Send an email to shop@huysz.com en we are happy to support you.

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to collect your order from HUYSZ.com.

When your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with delivery information and a link to track your package online. Please note, it can take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be visible. Didn’t receive an e-mail? Visit our Order Tracking page.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Custom made items cannot be returned. You can return the other products if they are in their original condition. When returning the products, they must be in good and undamaged condition. The frames must be in the original packaging and the protective plastic must not be removed. Send an e-mail to support@huysz.com and state which items you would like to return and for what reason. We are happy to help you.

The customer pays the return costs him/herself.

The return process can take up to 14 days from the moment you hand in your returns. When your return has been processed in our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation via email and process your refund.

COMPLAINTS

If you want to submit a complaint about your purchase at HUYSZ, you can contact our customer service via email support@huysz.com. We ask for your order number and a photo or description of what is wrong with the product.

You have a 30 day right to make a complaint for all orders as long as you have a valid confirmation of purchase.

AIf there is something wrong with your order, we ask you to send an email with order number, photo and description of the error to support@huysz.com.
